Honest answers about a digital product business.
Every design in my collection is a digital product. The moment your order is placed, your Canva template link is delivered to your inbox — which means there's no physical item to return.
All sales are final.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, I'm unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the file has been accessed.
Exceptions I'll always consider.
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something has gone wrong — a technical issue, a file that won't open, or an error on my end — please get in touch and I'll do everything I can to make it right.
Before you buy.
